Booking Policy

Welcome to A ONE Car Rental. Please review our booking policy which outlines the procedures and rules related to making and managing bookings via our website or customer service centers.

Making a Booking:

• Bookings can be made online at our website, over the phone, or in person at any of our locations.
• You must provide valid personal identification, a driver's license, and credit card details at the time of booking.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other pre-approved payment methods.

Age and Driver Requirements:

• Drivers must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license. An additional fee applies to drivers under 25 years old.
• International renters must present a valid passport and an international driving permit if their license is not in English.

Cancellation and Refunds:

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the rental start time will be refunded in full.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the rental start time will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one day's rental.
• No refunds will be given for no-shows or early returns.

Modifications:

• Changes to bookings (e.g., rental duration, car type) are subject to availability and may result in a price adjustment.

Late Returns:

• Late returns may incur additional charges, including an extra day’s rental fee.
